Algo IP Display Speakers for Voice Paging
Algo IP Display Speakers for voice paging complement audible communication by adding visual context, whether an image or matching text. Algo displays are highly noticeable and effectively deploy in various environments to ensure audiences receive relevant information.
Algo’s Selection of Displays for Voice Paging
Algo offers two display speakers for voice paging:
8410 IP Display Speaker
The 8410 IP Display Speaker is a 3-in-1 solution that delivers effective audible and visual communication. Comprising three core components – an LCD screen, wideband speakers, and highly noticeable LED flashers, the 8410 effectively brings attention to a voice page to communicate with all audiences.
The 8410 is ideally deployed in schools, providing simple communication in classrooms from K-12 settings. The display speaker is typically used to inform teachers and students of daily activities, upcoming events, and general announcements.
8420 IP Dual-Sided Display Speaker
The 8420 IP Dual-Sided Display Speaker is a two-sided, SIP-compliant notification device comprised of the core components of the 8410, but double and opposite-facing. The 8420 quickly and easily delivers voice pages using flexible and effective audible and visual communication tools.
As a two-sided, opposite-facing device, the 8420 effectively deploys in hallways, corridors, and large common spaces. Teachers, students, and staff can see messages no matter where they are in a school.
What are the Benefits of Using Display Speakers for Paging?
Visual Voice Paging
IP display speakers for voice paging enable communication in a soundless environment, such as schools or facilities for the hearing impaired and healthcare facilities that require silent communication. Organizations may use the various tools to alert audiences that a silent voice page is in session.
The embedded LED flashers use multiple color and flash patterns to easily capture attention and draw the eye to the display speaker. Users may also modify the background color to change while text is shown on the screen.
Audible and Visual Voice Paging
More commonly, Algo display speakers deploy in schools, hospitals, and manufacturing facilities to provide 3-in-1 solution for voice paging. While flashers draw the attention of an audience to the display screen, the LCD screen displays the message for an audience to read alongside the voice page playing over the speakers.
Scheduling Supported
When used with the 8301 IP Paging Adapter, IP displays can schedule audible and visual voice paging. The 8301 has embedded calendaring functionality enabling organizations to easily schedule messages for a day, week, month, or year in advance. The scheduler can accommodate for any series of days or weeks and can broadcast any number of voice pages or notifications.
One or all features of the display speaker may activate when initiated via a scheduled broadcast. When scheduling a voice page to play over the display speaker, organizations can configure the device to play a sound recording while displaying an image or text in conjunction with flashers.
