Warranty, Repairs & Returns
Algo hardware products are backed by a 3-year standard hardware warranty. Eligible Algo IP products may also qualify for an additional 3 years of extended warranty coverage, for a total of up to 6 years, when registered through Algo’s official product registration process.
In the unlikely event your Algo product develops a problem, please contact Algo Technical Support first. Our team may be able to help resolve the issue remotely, saving the expense and time involved with a return.
For products registered for extended warranty coverage, Algo will provide a warranty certificate stating the applicable warranty expiration date. For products covered under the standard warranty, coverage is three years from the date of shipment. To confirm the specific warranty expiration date for your product, please contact Algo Technical Support.
If a return is required, Algo Technical Support will issue a ticket. Shipping to Algo is at the customer’s expense. In-warranty products requiring repair will be remedied by replacement or repair at Algo’s sole discretion. Such products will be returned at no charge to customers located in the USA or Canada, with return shipping at Algo’s expense.

For any out-of-warranty product requiring repair, please contact Algo Technical Support first to determine if a repair is possible. If so, a ticket will be issued for the return of the goods. Shipping to and from Algo is at the customer’s expense. Non-warranty repair charges will apply and are subject to a minimum charge of $75, applicable to all returns not covered under warranty, including no-fault-found and bench-test returns.
Please ensure returned goods are shipped in the original carton where possible. Freight, duty, and brokerage charges are to be prepaid. COD deliveries will not be accepted.
About Algo Warranty
Standard 3-Year Hardware Warranty
Algo hardware products include a 3-year standard hardware warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with Algo’s published product specifications and user documentation.
This standard warranty applies automatically to eligible Algo hardware products, including eligible products already in the field as of February 1, 2026.
Extended Warranty: Up to 6 Years Total Coverage
Eligible Algo IP products may qualify for an additional 3 years of extended warranty coverage, for a maximum total warranty period of up to 6 years.
To qualify, eligible products must be registered with Algo through the official product registration process.
Registration may be completed by the end customer or by an authorized Algo partner or integrator on the customer’s behalf.
Complete and accurate information is required to validate warranty eligibility. If required registration information is missing, inaccurate, or unverifiable, Algo may deny or adjust extended warranty coverage.

eCommerce Returns
- Returns are accepted within 90 days of the order date, subject to inspection upon arrival at Algo. Returned products must be in resale condition, with no dents, scratches, stickers, or marks of any kind, at the time they are received.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping to Algo. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed once the product has been received and inspected, confirming that all return conditions have been met. Refund eligibility and timing are at Algo’s discretion.
- Products must be returned in sealed, original packaging.
- Opened products, non-original packaging, or missing accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee, applied to the product value and excluding shipping.
- Products that are damaged or missing significant components, such as key accessories, are not considered resaleable.
- International orders outside the USA and Canada may be eligible for return, provided the customer covers all shipping and duty costs.
- Should Algo be charged for any duties or import fees, these will be deducted from the refund amount.
