Algo Product Repair and Warranty
Algo products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from installation, not to exceed 18 months from date of manufacture. A label on each product identifies the manufacturing code in the year and week format (0920YYXXXX for the twentieth week of 2009).
In the unlikely event your Algo product should develop a problem, please contact our support team first. They may be able to help resolve the problem, thus making a return unnecessary.

Products sent to Algo for repair should be packaged in their original carton or similar sturdy packing materials and shipped with all freight, duty, and brokerage charges prepaid. Please include with the product a description of the problem experienced or repair required along with return shipping details and contact information for billing or any additional information required.
Product requiring repair that is covered by warranty will be remedied by replacement or repair at Algo’s sole discretion and will be returned at no charge to customers located in the USA or Canada. Non-warranty repair charges are generally 50% of the current product price subject to a minimum charge of $75 applicable to all returns not covered under warranty, including no fault found and bench test.
It is not necessary to obtain a return authorization before sending a product to Algo for non-warranty repair, however, a tracking ticket number may be obtained by contacting Algo support.
In some cases Algo may offer an advance replacement for warranty product. In such cases, the customer will be charged for the replacement product at time of shipment and refunded when Algo receives the warranted defective product.
Software products are supported according to the terms of license, registration, and support contracts.
