Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) Module for Centrex Telephone Systems

The Algo 5005 Centrex CTI Module provides an interface between a Meridian™ Digital Centrex (MDC) telephone and a PC. This interface transfers general call control (such as answering and dialing) and detailed call information to a third party TAPI 2.x/3.x compliant software application. Compatible with most CRM databases, contact managers, and screen pop generators, the 5005 CTI Module increases telephone user productivity by allowing users to interact with and gather information from their telephones while working within their regular PC applications.

The CTI Module connects to a PC through a 9-pin RS-232 serial cable. An output on the module is also provided for activation of a visual alerter for message waiting, in-use or ring.
