The Algo 5004 Centrex Call Monitor allows for better management of calls by providing call detail recording information, analog output for voice recording and relay outputs for in-use, message waiting, or ring.
Call detail information is provided in a format compatible with most third party Call Accounting Software.
The analog output for voice recording can be connected to a desktop voice recorder, PC sound card, or to a remote multi-channel analog audio recorder.
