The 5002 Centrex Auto Greeter is a digital voice storage unit that delivers a user-recorded greeting upon answering a Meridian Digital Centrex (MDC) Telephone. This innovative product improves call efficiency, enhances customer service, and reduces stress and fatigue on the call handler, all at the same time. When using the 5002, the call handler always remains on-line and is able to interact with the caller so the caller will be unaware the greeting is a voice recording.

Key Features
- Record, play back, or re-record greetings at any time using MDC telephone keypad
- Greetings can be up to 15 seconds in duration
- Interrupt greeting playback at any time during a call by pressing the star key on the telephone keypad
- Output relay provided for optional telephone in-use indication using Algo 1127 Visual Alerter, 1126 Strobe Light, or 1825 Duet Plus Loud Ringer.
