Algo has suspended development of BCR (BCM Call Recording software) for BCM Release 5.0 and later that was planned for release in late Q2 of 2010.
All other Algo products relating to BCM continue to be sold and supported including Algo's ECR (Enterprise Call Recorder) and 4102 Desktop Call Recorder for TDM digital telephones used with Norstar, BCM, and CS1000.
Customers with multi-site BCM call recording requirements are invited to contact Algo regarding the possibility of a custom call recording solution based on the development work completed to date.
The free BCR Basic application continues to be available for trial download here but will not be officially supported.

Algo's BCR provides a software only call recording solution for IP, digital, and analog phones on BCM50 or BCM450 (Release 5.0 with activated Professional Call Recording tool).
BCR installs on a customer supplied Windows PC and receives call information directly from the BCM over a network connection. Call voice and call details are compressed into a single file and stored on the PC hard drive. Learn More
