Jan 19, 2007 - Algo announced today the release of a new USB Analog Terminal Adapter for the Nortel IP Softphone 2050.
The Algo 4900 USB ATA enables the use of a traditional analog wired or cordless telephone, TTY/TDD terminal, fax machine, or other analog device with a Nortel IP Softphone 2050 (Version 2 B254 or newer) for BCM or CS 1000.
4100 AuxBox Upgraded with USB Port
Mar 2, 2006 - Algo has released a new version of the 4100 AuxBox that has an added USB port. This port allows for modifications to the AuxBox firmware for custom applications such as ACD queue notification (e.g. number of callers or time in queue), key press (e.g. open door latch), icon display activity, or almost any event on the telephone.
CCR Client Call Recorder Software Version 2.1.0 Released
