Algo Releases New Doorphone for SIP
July 15, 2011 - Algo has released its new 8028 SIP Doorphone that provides a simple-to-install telephone-integrated entry security intercom solution for commercial, residential, and public facility applications. The 8028 emulates a SIP telephone for compatibility with most SIP servers.

- Single-pair 24 AWG wiring to door station - up to 1,000 ft (300 m)
- Flush or surface mount weather resistant door station
- Full duplex audio capability provides natural two way conversation and high intelligibility
- Integrated door control relay with 24 V power source located securely inside the premise at the Controller location
- CSA/UL approved for outdoor locations
- Web interface for remote configuration
